Siddarth brings up a good point about how much sleep each person needs. It seems to vary from person to person. Steve seems to like getting around 8 hours a night, but there are other NBA stars who get by on less. Kobe is known for needing only 5-6 hours a night, though he does nap during the day. Gilbert Arenas is also known for getting very little rest.

Wonder what is the amount of sleep needed every day? Most of what I've read points towards 6 and 1/2 hours.
