What a terrific article. I have several family members that have had average cholesterol levels of 220 without exhibiting the kinds of health or heart problems that we see reported today. When I was diagnosed with high cholesterol last year, I have been searching for solutions without drugs. This articles will be a tremendous help. It is reassuring to know that there are areas of the scientific community that belief the body is still able to heal itself without necessarily involving the phamaceudical industry
