		<description>haha... yea my friend, who is a quite a bit overweight, started trying to do cross fit and he said he almost died half way through it.  I told him to take it slow, you need to lose a little weight before you go all out like that program is trying to get you to do.</description>

		<description>Wow, what an interesting, well written article. I have never raed about CrossFit until now.  I&#039;m 60 and I still hit the gym 3x week. But lately I am having trouble with motivation and I have been looking for something to keep my interest up and keep me in the game - can&#039;t stand the thought of all those years of working out to result in sag and flab. I&#039;ll look into CrossFit a little deeper. Thanks</description>

		<description>I started CrossFit at age 55, and now am almost 60.
There has been no better exercise program for me that I have found.
I come from a martial arts/military background and this type of training has really been a blessing.
My strength, endurance, flexibility, body composition have all improved a lot.</description>
